Shipping & Delivery Information
sometime.ma works as an affiliate decision-support intermediary and is separate from the merchant or supplier. We do not process orders, take payments, arrange dispatch or manage delivery. Our role is limited to receiving support requests and forwarding them to the relevant merchant or supplier when that kind of help is appropriate.
Who handles shipping and delivery?
The merchant or supplier is responsible for shipping methods, charges, dispatch, fulfilment, delivery estimates and final delivery outcomes. sometime.ma does not control stock, warehouses, logistics or delivery timelines.
How we can help with your delivery
If you need help with a delivery matter, send us a support request and we can forward it to the relevant merchant or supplier. This can include questions about dispatch or delivery, return requests and warranty issues.
- Include your order reference if you have one, so the merchant or supplier can locate your details more easily.
- Describe the issue clearly, such as a late delivery, a damaged item or a missing parcel.
- Do not include sensitive payment data such as full card numbers, security codes, banking credentials or passwords.
What affects delivery timing
Delivery timing and availability can vary. They depend on the merchant or supplier's policies, their fulfilment conditions, the delivery method chosen and the information available at the time. Orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty decisions all remain with the merchant or supplier.
