sometime.ma is an affiliate decision-support intermediary. We help you find information and connect you with merchants and suppliers. We do not sell products, process orders, handle payments, or manage deliveries. Our role is limited to receiving your request and forwarding it to the relevant merchant or supplier when appropriate.

Our Role

sometime.ma operates as a referral service. We do not own inventory, act as a merchant of record, or take responsibility for transactions. When you submit a support request, we receive it and can pass it on to the merchant or supplier. The merchant or supplier remains solely responsible for all aspects of the order, including payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and warranty decisions.

Using This Site

By using this site, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We reserve the right to deny access to any user who violates these terms.

Contacting Support

If you need assistance with an order or have questions about a product, you can contact us at contact@sometime.ma. We can help by forwarding your request to the relevant merchant or supplier. This includes issues with delivery, returns, warranty, or general inquiries. To protect your security, please do not send sensitive payment data such as card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, or passwords. We will never ask for such information.

Limitations and Responsibility

sometime.ma provides intermediary assistance only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for delivery, return, refund, tracking, or warranty requests. These outcomes depend on the merchant or supplier's policies, available information, and the circumstances of each case. The merchant or supplier is responsible for all decisions regarding orders, payments, delivery, returns, refunds, and warranty.
