Outcomes depend on the merchant or supplier’s terms and circumstances.

How We Can Help

If you need assistance with a return, you can contact us at contact@sometime.ma. We receive your request and can forward it to the relevant merchant or supplier. We can help with delivery questions, return requests, and warranty issues, but we cannot guarantee outcomes.

Do not send sensitive payment data such as card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, or passwords when requesting support.
